There is a lot in the pipeline for Singles on the Go and your input, assistance and participation are key to its growth and success.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the April picnic at the Maxine Barrett Park in Venice. Approximately 100 people attended the picnic, enjoying the gorgeous weather, excellent location, and most of all, having a fine time. There were several sign-up sheets at the table provided for Travel and Dining Out. I also believe there were several guests at the picnic who said they wish to join SOTG. Thank you all for making everyone who attended the picnic feel welcome. A huge thank you is extended to Kathy, our Co-Pilot, as she is the one who coordinated the picnic, worked with the caterer and ensured its success. Thank you Kathy for a job well done and so appreciated by everyone who attended.
You will see in this issue thatour Travel Committee has been very busy with trips that are announced for 2019 and a few for this year. Again, thank you Brenda Boynton and Dawn Finnerty for all the hard work you and your committee are doing.
We held our first Breakfast Club at Millie’s on Clark Road Saturday, April 7th. There were six of us, everyone enjoyed meeting each other, and the food was great.

As always, thank you for allowing me to be SOTG’s Pilot,
